My work sits at the intersection of rigorous social science and applied policy relevance, combining advanced quantitative methods with deep substantive expertise in migration, gender equality, and democratic resilience.

What I Offer
Commissioned research and evidence synthesis. Designing and conducting original research on public attitudes, policy preferences, and societal trends including meta-analyses, cross-national comparative studies, and rapid evidence reviews.
Survey design and quantitative analysis. Expert guidance on survey instrument design, sampling strategy, and the application of advanced statistical methods, including multilevel modelling, structural equation modelling, and survey experiments.
Policy-relevant expert advice. Translating complex research findings into actionable policy recommendations for institutional audiences, including briefings, policy papers, and stakeholder consultations.

What works in migration communication? Experimental evidence from six countries. Lead-authored impact assessment for the ILO and OSCE’s E-Mindful project, using randomized controlled trials in six nationally representative surveys across Austria, Germany, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Serbia to evaluate the causal effects of communication campaigns on public attitudes toward migration.
